Connecting a health system, and the daily check for new records, are included on every plan, free included. Imported results, medications and conditions arrive already structured, so bringing years of them in doesn’t spend a document analysis — those are for the PDFs and scans that have to be read.

Common questions
What happens when my free analyses run out?
Your documents stay stored and encrypted — nothing is deleted or locked away. To analyze more, either subscribe or buy one-time processing at $0.99 per document (from 8 documents on, Standard is the better deal).
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full read access to everything you already analyzed — trends, chart reviews, share links, downloads. Only new analysis stops. There’s no data hostage-taking here; that would be against the whole point of the product.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The Free plan includes a trial of the AI: 3 document analyses, a full chart review and 5 Remi questions, on your own records, with no card and no time limit. Referral packets are part of the paid plans.
Can I get my data back out?
Always. Every document you uploaded can be downloaded with one click, exactly as you uploaded it, Settings exports your structured chart, and Plus includes a FHIR-shaped API for your structured data. A one-archive full export is on the near-term roadmap.
Can I connect my hospital and skip the uploading?
If it runs Epic or Oracle Health, that’s exactly what the connection is for. Search for it from the Records page, sign in with your own patient-portal account, and your results, conditions, medications, allergies, and immunizations import directly — read-only, so open-chart can never write into your medical record. After that, open-chart checks for new records every day. Health systems come online one at a time, so if yours isn’t there yet, uploading covers it in the meantime. More health systems are on the way.
Does this replace my patient portals?
It sits on top of them. A portal shows you one health system’s fragment of your history, and nothing from the practices that closed or the labs you used before. open-chart is where the fragments become one coherent record — imported straight from the systems that support it, uploaded for the paper, faxes, and PDFs no portal will ever hold.
