Common questions
What happens when my free analyses run out?
Your documents stay stored and encrypted — nothing is deleted or locked away. To analyze more, either subscribe or buy one-time processing at $0.99 per document (past ~9 documents, Standard is the better deal).
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full read access to everything you already analyzed — trends, chart reviews, share links, downloads. Only new analysis stops. There’s no data hostage-taking here; that would be against the whole point of the product.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The Free tier is the trial — it includes a real taste of every paid feature (3 analyses, a full chart review, and 5 Remi questions) on your own records, with no card and no time limit.
Can I get my data back out?
Always. Every document you uploaded can be downloaded with one click, exactly as you uploaded it, and Plus includes a FHIR-shaped API for your structured data. A one-archive full export is on the near-term roadmap.
Does this replace my patient portals?
It sits on top of them. Portals hold fragments; open-chart is where the fragments become one coherent record — including the paper records, faxes, and PDFs no portal will ever hold.
